Use the MANTIS BUG CENTER to submit bugs. The bug center link is at
http://stellarfrontier.net/mantis or you can click the link located on the technical support page (SF.NET BUG CENTER). I realized how much better it is to use the Mantis bug center because it gives more 'details' for you to input, and lately, the bugs that have been given need more details.
Cykotitan posted a good example of a bug, which can be found here:
http://stellarfrontier.net/mantis/view.php?id=226 .. If you guys are to lazy to click the link, the details are:
Description: It's possible to get more population for the colony you're carrying than it should be.
Even once the planet/aster is 'depleted', you can still keep spamming J to get more population.
While 'spamming' J key, the planet/aster appears to have 1 population left, but it returns to 10M-ish shortly after.
Additional Info: I was aware of this issue for a few days by now, but couldn't find enough time to report it. Sorry for that

Oh, and the affected versions are 1.4.0.0 - 1.4.0.1.
And also contains an
IMAGE attached showing the population bug, so I know it does exist and kind of gives a 'layout' of whats going on. This is perfect becausae he described the ISSUE, what HAPPENS, how to do it (aka spamming the J key while orbiting.) and what happens afterwards in a few lines and a image that gives me enough details to go replicate it.
I know there isn't always this info but the last few bugs can be alot more detailed then they were posted, it saves me hours when its easy to know whats going on.
So please, USE THE SF.NET BUG CENTER!
