Welcome to the legends and lore topic.

In here we can share storys of SF
great battles fought and much of our history.
I felt like creating this to share with you some of the storys from days gone past
great wars, SF heros and villans excetra.

How OE started>>>>>Four visionaries and former members of FOA fleet created this fleet.
Our vision was to create a fleet based on a true republic instead of dictatorship allowing our
members to voice their opinions without ridicule or punishment.

The difference in this is that other fleets may or may not provide a suggestion board on their forums
and possibly consider those suggestions where as OE offers votes on almost every decision in the fleet. (exceptions are the OE senate votes which must be only about the protection of the OE)


    * Any member may post his/her ideas to a vote without a second thought.
    * Every member then has the right to vote in his or her own opinion without disgrace or ridicule.
    * The reason for this is the original four members of OE had been ridiculed for voting a certain way on
      a poll that was not posted by any of them. we were mocked and told we were demoted in the FOA for our vote.
    * Perhaps it was a trick because a certain person knew how these members would vote. Regardless
      those members should not have been ridiculed and punished by their fellow members and leaders for
      voting their own opinion of the matter.
    * So we set out to create our vision to provide a place for other outcasts as well as believers of
      a real republic to join.

The Oucast have been the dominate numbers fleet now for the last 7 years and will continue for many more come 2.0

Ah yes... legendary battles... I know a few.

Captain Picard's Star Trek Mod.

A good day, mid 2003 or 4 a few users went into CPSTM looking for some fun. A couple others thought that place was gay since it was loaded of cheats. The usual agreement was to never save while playing on this server, so you could enjoy the fun of shooting weapons with illogical range and power or warping to Sumplace, Universe in a second.

Those agreed to keep the server up took the side of the Borg and all took their cubes, those in opposition allied within the Federation, claiming they could own everyone with their simpler ships. The battle raged on for two hours, Federation fleets taking heavy casualties.

In the end, Picard decided he would give all races the Borg cube and its weapon systems so no unfair gaming would happen. The server stood until it had to be taken down.

Battles in there were epic and reeaaaaallly fun 8D

Hmm tonight I think ill write about the SF FleetBattle/War Tourniments.

back in the day one of the greatest players Anaxis and other KOA held annual Fleet War Tourniments.
each FW Tourniment was hosted on LiveStats so every Kill/loss was recorded and was placed in a ranking system

the Fleet with the highest overall score would be called the winner.
In addition special Reconiction was givin to the #1 player or players.

One That I Remember most is when Wardragons Def SBC HOPE KOA and [777] lead by thunderrider
were all competing at the same time. great battles were fought and Much glory was one in those FW tourniments

you could create a legasy.
or take a walk of shame.


I miss those moments where there was something to fight for.
to strive for greatness or to go head to head with rivals.

the thrill of battles.
and to bring honor to the fleet of your choice.

Those day can be the days of tomarrow. all we have to do is step up and make this work.
