ACCELERATION FROM ONE WAY TO ANOTHER (-0.72cc to  0.79cc):

SF 1.4: 5.9 Seconds
SF 2.0: 6.3 Seconds

SF SPEED RUN -- FROM SATURN TO END OF NEPTUNE

SF 1.4: 26.5 seconds
SF 2.0: 21.7 seconds

---

In general, SF 2.0 ships are moving alot quicker. The reason its a bit slower in the first area is because it seemed like I was not 100% straight, and I was too lazy to fix things. It most likely though is due to being hard to actually position yourself properly with 180 frames, and it could also be just how it goes.

But a straight beeline has made it revel that ships are actually a good amounts quicker for accel/speed, it seems. 0.80cc probably does not exactly match up to .80cc in 1.4 either, 100% (aka 2.0 is faster.)

Heres the proof if you want a video, time it yourself in your head if you want. I used a simple program to do the calculations anyways. Sorry about the last number, which only has half a second to display before the movie is over, but its the 2.0 one at 21.7 seconds: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3TpHh4ztvZM&hd=1
