be nice to have death matches.

one life per round, have like 5 rounds to determine winner of match.

Alot of things should be possible with scripting, such as the event you are speakinf about, when we get around to scripting anyways Wink

And pretty much the whole fleet automation system was thought up not recently, since it really hasn't been my todo list or anything like that;

But I really want it to not be like a jail cell. No game does it, and it would kill the game. Just need to be careful with this all and make sure it's done correctly, both with what you guys are doing and the automated system to handle alot of it.

Things like wars/etc can be discussed if need be, and can be assigned for example by both parties agreeing on the war in the fleet system, etc. But other then things like that we aren't going to jail cell anyone. Keep it 5 members to create a fleet etc, and let whoever wants to, do so. Will have some small rules to prevent for example, someone with the same ip/etc from creating a fleet, simply put, someone from the fleets area can moderate things like that every now and then since sometimes its hard for a automated system to prevent stupid things like that, but otherwise lets try to keep it as easy as possible.

I totally agree, this "Fleet Headquarters" is beginning to make me wonder what it's purpose will be other than to make sure the Fleet Leaders are not 100% incapable of maturity.  I"d fully like to see an alternate option to the fleet-tags. Perhaps add in code that makes the tag an addition to the ship name so we don't loose characters in that field or perhaps allow fleets to have some sort of avatar/logo with a hyperlink to their homepage.

The idea of some sort of Fleet Management system in-game and available through SF-Central makes total sense to me. The Fleet HQ thing, though doctored for some purpose unless some new idea comes out for it seems obsolete to such a system. I've always believed fleets to be independent and not bound to some "League" of sorts. Very similar to what black dog had to say. I think the member-list along with membership-counters of sorts. I.E How long has a member been a member; in addition to "detachment/pause in duties" in other words if a member of yours wishes to join another fleet for some purpose/war.

Oh the possibilities! Oh wait, was that fisher price? LOL.

Oh the whole fleet tag and such in game will be there, won't be apart of the ship tag anymore. It's own thing as it should be Wink Some mini avatar/fleet logo (like small small logo) might work too but won't be in yet Wink

And yeah good idea bout some fleet information about each member, could do something like that Wink
