Ok i re did the ones Nite wanted re done i dont know how good, but i did everything Nite said was still needed with them.  I got rid of the heart shape nose on the dreg carrier,  i re done ver3 of the terran carrier, and got the arc carrier back into summary.  Let me know how close it got it to what you ask Nite...

here you can see the tornado like curves in the top and bottom done on purpose.

personally i liked the last terran carrier even if it was trekish cause this one a test version for sure, look more like a dreg carrier than a terran one but you be the judge.

I did not like the last fix for the heart shaped front of the dreg carrier and did not the fix after that this is the new fix for it comments?

Ok now I've got time to look at these.

Drengin carrier: not too menacing...BUT edit: Yes.... scary

Terran / Arcean carriers: look like cruisers, not that heavy, even though they look a bit more 1.4-.ish.

Arcean fighter 10: I'm gonna have to be crude on this; it looks like an 80's futuristic Chevrolet El Dorado.

Okay Drengin ship is pretty nice, needs nice colors now to determine what else needs changing. It's pretty drengin like though.

The Arcean fighter, scrap it, don't like, looks like a car.

The Arcean carrier I can't determine yet, but the polygons are way messed up, you can see all the lines (light/darkness) and all that because its all out of sync, whats up with that?

The Terran Carrier is a start. Looks alright so far but I think you need to change where the gray and blue goes, the coloring of the ship looks off (not the actual color but where the color placement is for gray etc).

Please don't use red/etc for the flames in the back (engine). None of our ships use it, and the flame is added AFTERWARDS, which I can give in the future but its not needed.

I'm going to post about what you guys have been saying in the other forum in GD soon, but otherwise, chill out. I'm also not here everyday to post

ok i told everyone that already in last post to drop it,  but after i get a few emails from members noticing this it got posted.
everyone drop it please.  who cares right now, its not that i dont care what you all think, its that everyone is busy doing something.  Its been dealt with leave it alone.
I would rather right now everyone just test using mobys ip for the game.  that should keep you all busy too.

The Terran scout/fighter looks nice, no objection about that. But at some point i think the Arcean race should get new colors and a whole new design. Point is, with that style you won't get a 'good' or beautiful ship in 2.x if you keep that up ;p
The Arcean ships just look crap just like in 1.x. Who's idea was it anyways to make it yellow? Just my opinion and my apologies if i offended someone and someone actually likes to play that race and ships.. but in my eyes its a race far behind on technologies and human civilization, and my least favorite to play.

I know its a shot in the dark, and no one will actually consider it, but why not make arcean ships similar to Borg (you know, the series of star trek Voyager  ). Like cubes and those round thingies.

I think we're always on the lookout for better ships and graphics, but just to say, I don't think the current (1.x) Arcean ships look that irredeemably bad? I actually like playing as an Arcean, lol.

I can give you two reasons one, soon as  you post the ship,  they will say,  "Its too trek like",  and two they will say its "Not 2.0's as the way they currently exist".  

SF is a Trek like game,  a spin off,  but not Star Trek.   It is a unique game,  if you want borg cubes you can go from retro like,  Starfleetbattles cira 80's  all the way to Voyager 5 the new game for Xbox.  

I fully expect a outside invasion one day made by the Admins when everything is totally done,  just to spice up the game but it may not be in my life time.

Ive played now Many years,  uh.. many... and ive not seen a single borg yet.
but should one come in the US server ill be sure to give a nice friendly lag mine welcome.
