Meet the New Arc Bomber ... The Nemisis These are only in med render with med low smoothing but i fixed some of the issues of the last set longer wings, heavy frame, color pattern, glass, nose. Let me know what you think...

Let me know what you think...     I actually like that it's similar, but now since the 'nemesis' has smaller wings, its more of the fighter and the original design looks more heavy/is the bomber. Nice work on these two though.

well in exact scale the latest one has much bigger wings than the first rounded winged one i increased the wing span by 4.4 feet even. it looks that way i can thicken this ship some to make the wings look bigger but i had a old boomerang in the house and this is the exact shape of the wing so i copied that shape not being able to find any other better.
ill keep all 3 and let you pick the ones you want LOL.. hahahah

oh i see you mean the bomber looks like the fighter and the fighter looks like the bomber.. well i can do this i can either thick up the wings on the nemisis bomber or expand the wings some on the fighter so that the fighter is bigger than the bomber. ive learned how to draw now in scale, so right now with the exact same amount of detail, the bomber is bigger by 20 percent than the fighter but i can reverse that for each if you want.

I think leave them the way they are, Scale is easy to adjust when rendering. Don't worry about that part  Long is it can render, it can be done in any. But for the design, I really like both of them you see :p

WoW Mars! Now i know what you've been up to lately... hehe i like your new designs its sorta inspired my long lost artistic flare... i might look into some new modeling programs and play with a few things...

I agree with nite, doesn't matter. Besides, it's logical we have interceptor and fighter bombers at least in one race.

Mars, while these ships are good, i've found lots of missing verticies and polygons, i'm not sure it this was done on purpose, but way too many ships are asymmetrical. it's gonna make them look like crap when in game, but than again, i haven't scaled them, but you need to work on connecting lines to other lines.

yeah no one is perfect man, just do the terran carrier and the bombers i guess for a test.

i rendered them, and they don't look too bad, but it's still a little annoying to look at the models.
just saying. (don't smoke a joint before you model, it messes with your skillz)

well, i figured out a temporary solve, i'll just copy one side onto the other for the ships that aren't purposefully asymmetrical.
the dreg bomber look good, but the cockpit is off centered. if you could please fix this mars, it would be much appreciated and would make it look better.

Maybe you guys can help one another out then to make the ships nicer through chat/explaining things. Always good to have a couple of people explain stuff to one another to get better ;P

i'm not saying i don't like the ships, or i don't think they look cool. i like them. a lot. i think they are really, really cool. but...they aren't symmetrical.
oh, and Mars, the blue axis is up.

Yeah I know. I bug mars about that too. He makes some pretty good ships now but I can see some of them have wierd polygons/acting wierd. But hes' been getting better too  Maybe you can show him if you know more about it anyways!
