I did not use a black background just yet, however this is the fully finished refixed terran fighter ver4
This was rendered using almost max settings in the new engine and came out very good.
This one should pass all inspections as far as color texutre, Metal, and inflation.  Depth guides were near max and shadows are on.

Don't really like it, still looks like an odd shaped ninja shuriken. This needs to look more like a terran figter would, again refer to the wiki for reference on the existing models.

Thats kinna funny cause this is the exact same ship except for being redrawn as the very first terran fighter.

but your thoughts matter so thanks.

It was yeah, but you need to fix the pointyness on it. it's very pointed and jagged. I do like the initial design and I do think it can be improved on though, much like you did to the drengin fighter, you get me?

Another thing I see is that the body seems more jagged then the original design, needs to be more like curved metal.

I do like the design though, it should make a nice terran fighter if it is all said and done.

Well, I think the ship design looks like a catfish like you stated, maybe close the hole in the front and remove the whiskers so its not so fish like though Tongue. It does look alot better onto color looks, very nice Smiley

The catfish fighter was really a joke but come out so good that i published it now that i can round things finally,  i just sent Nite all the previous ships redone and then flowing smooth as ive now mastered that,  it really changed the look of many of them and well see what he says soon when he checks his email.

I dont like the pirate design. too pointy and round, make it look more like a functional ship

Non rendered prototype terran fighter redo

Rendered image

Well it may look like a suriken however now its been de-sharpened so it would not stick if you threw it, futher i made some mods to the nose so it would not be as pointy as what everyone said it was.

comments on this and the new arc fighter vastly welcome.
