The engine has so many settings you can really make it look almost anyway you want.

Tried to give the weapons a bit more energy.

Wow !  That is Awesome.  I also seen your test filmstrip you made and it does inflate them like in 2.0 but most of that is because the game warps the ships a bit it seems.  If you look at Nite's cruiser and then look at the 2.o crusier its the same ship but the game somehow changes it a bit. It seems to put it in some kind of utra thin muddy water look and inflate it some so i think yours will look good if stuck in there for a test. It already seemed when you film striped the one, that it had puffed it up some.  I wonder what causes that effect the scaling?
I really love the fighters so far, im with Nite on the terran fighter i think its very 2.0.
The dreg fighter needs colored different however its close but not just right yet.  Or maybe a less metal texture and more like plastic.
I like the ArcCarrier also i think it blew Tigers ship totally away. The render he used looked cheap. The Arccarrier ship is very 2.o like and has crazy detail.   How did you warp the engines like that?
The dreg carrier isent inflated enough or lacks some kind of depth to me but i like how scarry it is. very good designs so far i think.

You know those circle balls, can you make one similar to our in game ones. Use transparency too, because the game supports it now. Was just wondering how it would look, anyways overall.
