hmm ah in that case i understand. If you were to rebuild the Juggerknot ship the original one it would be quite a boon to SF history and earn great respect from the player of old.

You want him to rebuild that piece of shit known as the Juggernaught (and all its variants)?

Huh i was talking about the original JuggerKnot from the massive races server ya know the ones from Yorr.

ugh... sandtrooper the juggerknot was one of the classics the one im reffering to is the one doug hendrix had in the original SF before the updates..

back in StellarAces time..

Oh and to be more specific i was reffering to the Terran model

although i suppose the pirates would be the most easy since all they have is the Raider.
one of the best SF ships i might add

Yeah the juggernaut was a classic ship more or less, it did look rather wierd though because back then alot of the ships looked kind of odd. Tongue I'd be interested in seeing where it would go though.

Well... I actually like it...

Maybe round up a couple rough borders on the nacelles, but for now it looks promising.

It looks good for your first time but it is very jagged around he edges. The original seems to be a bit better overall:

--

You know what the wierd thing is actually, that ship actually doesn't even look like it matches the top down terran scout for some reason. In my opinion that the original ship looks rather nice (including the texture it has). Though your cockpit texture is better because it looks more realistic (like glass).

Very good for your first try though.

Random:
I wouldn't mind someone taking the 2.0 ships and fixing them up a bit too. Some I don't have the 'up to date' model files because the artist pretty much screwed me over as of, but I have a good amount of working ones. Who knows I suppose. But the current ones are okay, some could use fixing, but a nice texture would be nice on them and some changes/etc. I think a good thing is that alot of the ships in 2.0 look rather wierd in 3D mode, alot of them look fine top down which is nice, but eh, some could use some work. Mainly the Drengin race.

i agree with the random, the Drengin ships don't look very Drengin any more.
=/

and, i agree, the orignal looks better, but if you can't find the old model files, i'm gonna keep making the ships.

ima try drengins now, they look easier.

EDIT:

it's very similar to the scout, but it's a little different.
almost feels more terran, but idk.

ima make some tweaks to it, but it looks pretty good imo.

i'm also gonna scale up the z level (blue axis) to make it more tall, and maybe completely redo the wings.
and see if i can add a texture.

that atually looks pretty bad ass in my opinion..
Very well done. yep you sure have proven me wrong.
i give it a 4-5 rating. and two thumbs up

yeah, maybe i posted it at the wrong dev time, but i could see the comparison.
i think i'm gonna work off of this design and just make my own terran ships.
the other bigger than the destroyer will be a beach to do, if you know what i mean. (circles FTW!)

You sir, are on a good track to rebuild the ships, keep this up and you'll probably be better at it and possiblt be able to texture the ships.
