Hello, I'm new to the forum and online play. I have been playing it for yrs against the computer though. I was just wondering i was just now on the us server and got booted off and now theres 12 people in there and i cant get it. did I upset somebody or was it a scheduled private game? Also I'm concerned with how I'm gonna rank up being that all the ncp's are fleet captains and admirals and you have to start out with a cadet ship.

NO Thummper let me explain sir, THE us server has a tiny bug we call Sharpclawing.
the Sharpclawing bug has never fully been fixed, not for want of trying either, what occurs is that sometimes during play if the server has been up a few days, one of the bot starbases namely called Sharpclaw decides that the game needs to be full for some reason and either kicks everyone off or wont let anyone on. its a bot issue with that one sb, he will take up several slots and reproduce himself so that humans cant get on for some reason. It has happend zillions of times before and is/was not your issue at all. The server simply needed reset and that all there was too it.
The OE however had no event it would have been put on the Face book fan page. Altho not a fleet page events can be sent from there for anyones event.
The tiger claw issue will be read here by sirNite and soon as he sees this post he will reset the server. he knows of this event well.
BTW Thumper who invited you into the outcast just asking?

Also if you see a OE server up feel free to come in and play its open to anyone. The most players come on between 7-8 pm CT each nite.
We have had good numbers as of lately last nite we had 7 in the server some nites we have many more than that. Mostly due to increased activity in the fan page.

Doesn't matter which slot the first bot from the robot file is called, the bug will assume whatever bot's name is first on that list, so it coulda been "Patton'ing" or "Stephen'ing". |

WTF Mars Show some respect for admeral tigerclaw leader of <ALL> Arcean Leaders League. geeze you really dont like arceans do ya.... :/ anways its just a 12 bot server crash.. server went down and when people try to get in the place it lags it up. there are not really 12 people just it will be restarted shortly |
