I need one or two people sometime this weekend who have remotely good connections (DSL/CABLE) to test out lag anything to do with it sometime this week. Anyone interested? Shouldn't be too long to do, but need to make some recordings with others Wink

Test out LAG?!  That'd be my area! I'm located in central america,  if there's someone with lag, that's me.

Tell me time.

I've got a home cable connection, good comp. I'd be happy to do some lag testing, just shoot me the details.

Are we talking 1.4*, 2.0, or both?

2.0 I'm sure. I should probably come so I can see how the net code I wrote is working and witness any issues 1st-hand. How does Saturday morning in the USA work for everybody? I'm in CST (GMT-6), so we could do 11 AM, which would be 6 PM in central europe or 9 AM in California.

1.4 you don't feel the difference with a modem with 1k lag or being locally connected, you get out of sync either or. It's a mess that isn't going to be fixed.

2.0 is the main focus for fixing anyways. If we do it on Saturday I'd say I'll be home around 6-6:30PM (GMT-6) would be fine, so we can prepare to do it then as Trompete stated pretty much, around that time.

You're GMT+1, right? So 6-6:30 would be same as 11 AM for me.

It's going to be 11-11:30AM I guess since your in same timezone as Brent. It unfort can't be late on the American end for me due to beign in Europe, and it would be good if Brent/I were around for it.

I'd be happy to join you, after I get my ~net back.
Bad current connection.

I'm GMT+2 (1h 44mins), so it will take place at 7pm (~).
