Tech support, Account vanished

My account name is TheWeeYin... Have had no problems changing servers both on and offline. I always save my games every ten mins or so but for some reason ,my account has reset itself to cadet and removed all access to my ships 

On my high scores list that shows up on the bottom left when setting up a game, it still shows my kills and the what maps the kills were on.
I have also doulble checked that i defo have the account highlighted when signing into a game.

Please help !!!

Are you playing with a offline or online profile? A nexus profile will reset itself on the last known stats if you play offline then online again. If you don't want syncing stats, you'd need to have a offline profile, and only login via LAN and never the NEXUS. If you want your stats to always save, then always login via the NEXUS and don't play a lan/offline game with that character.

Ok NiteHawk, Thanks for getting back to me so fast. I never new that the offline and online worlds were not cross compatible

yeah im sorry to say that when starting on the Online mode you have to start as a cadet.

Sorry Harpor, I ment to say before i left that it was sandtrooper who gave me a shot of the dread
At the risk of becoming a total laughing stock am going to admit that when i went on line, i got to 1st lt and the game shut down on me lol
I kinda forgot about F8 (save)       Am really having no luck with the game lol

I gave you a good amount of score and kills to around captain level on the nexus, long as you are playing online

Thanks for all the help Hawk Games brill when u can actualy do some damage, log off and have the data still there when a come back  A try and save after every kill just about lol
