Hey I have played stellar frontier for a long time never was to good a it seeing as I was young when I was playing it but now I have discovered modding Tongue. I am making a mod where I have taken 8 systems all of the original sf systems (sol, Arceus, Drengus, Sirius, TCeti, EIndi, ACentauri) and one called smudge (I got lazy) by Anaxis. Put them all together on every point of the compass (this includes the NE,NW ect). I was making this just for S&G's but then I kind of got a bit nutzo and now I am trying to replace the old ships with new ships Tongue, I have the SW (Anaxis & lan2caster) mod the GC (Anaxis) mod and all of the other ships and ship sets I could find. I was wonder if any one would like to offer any links to any ship that are not listed on http://www.stardock.com/products/sf/graphics_library.html. If any one has any I would be more than happy to try and include them in to my mod and if you want a copy just ask alos I cant seem to down load the 1.3 version of SF (I checked the faqs ect, I click and it just redirects me right back to where I clicked). So really if any one is intrested in what I am doing and wants to contribute post.

P.S. I am only using 4 races Pirates will hopefully get their own SBs and ships bmps and I will probably be making a custom ai table with all the ranks in it (I am also using the Juggernaut, Hvy Crusier and Frigate class ships in this mod). So with all that said if any one wants the mod of has some stuff I could use I would be more than happy to incorperate it and give all credit due where it is due (I am just putting crap together I got the easy job)

Don't we have a mod out like that already :?

Samspock made a server similar to yours.

You can try Continuum even though we don't have any affiliates with them... We do however share the same size of ships and such. Also on a note... Search their ships... download it and just cut a piece of their ship and put it on rotation.

Continuum Is A link Above

Seems that they use a unique format and I can seem to find a editor that will allow me to open up those said ships so I can take a screeny of them and plop them in the rotator. The biggest issue I have is that I don't have enough ships to make them all custom...well I do but the star trek ships that I have are all 128x128-96x96 and well you cant have a scout that is 128 pixels big. I can re-size them, but for some reason I can't use Photoshop to do it, and with paint (ugh) I lose a lot of my detail in the ships. The b5 set I have is really good but there is just not enough ships of the right sizes to fill 11 classes of ships for all races (most of the terran are taken care of really but then again I want them to have a few customs) If any one knows a way to re-size bmps in Photoshop and they are still usable with the rotator then I am all ears, also if any one knows how to get rid of that odd line that appears in the rotator that would be use full as well. Thanks alot I will try to get the continuum ships to work but their editor seems to run on dos which vista can't full screen and it just gets all angry at me and I am bad with dos Sad.
