Not sure what you mean. 24.17.90.101 is the real ip.

The setup is Modem > Server > switches/hubs.

also check all of the following check to see if your Anti virus has a block going as some have built in firewalls see if there is a exemption you can set for sf.exe and the server.exe

also check any third party programs that could be blocking you. a older versions of "ashampoo" program can in the setup return all settings to windows default just as first loaded with new os.

for my setup port forward does not work in the correct manner so
i have mine setup to do port trigger using a new service, on 20001 tcp
mine does not have the option for udp in triggering

i have had huge issues with this subject  local connections are tricky sometimes i would also use more than one program as the last item in the connection that has a ip will the one used

try dos box in windows type ipconfig and its slashes up to in including reset of winsocks

last if any of this is no help i would see tromps help as if he cannot get you configured

I changed a few things, can some one connect? Also do I need to register @ the nexus? How do I protect/make a password for the server?

Yeah im not getting the most stable latencies, but it works. You can use a service like http://canyouseeme.org/ next time

Its already registered at the Nexus, since it's listed in the server list.
You can't set a password, but you can edit server.allow and server.deny to make the server private
