I've got some stuff I'm sending to Mantis... however I only managed to put down one, then noticed/remembered the other two, and Mantis kept telling me my security token's bad, ("Did you try to submit the form twice?"   Uh... no, this is an entirely different form.)

did you use the back button when you were submitting these? that could cause that error to manifest.

Okay, guys check out the 1.3.1.1 link. I know the version numbers are a bit silly but eh.

ATC: You had issues with the sf website too, what browser you using? Seems like it has issues with websites anywho.
Banjo: Sorry was updating links, there at 1.3.1.1

1.3.1.1 should fix the mp3 player, and hopefully the crashes, please someone check it out who was having crashes as well!

IE Six.  I don't want to upgrade to IE 7, hate the integrated tabs.

The 1.3.1.1 should hopefully solve issues with crashing.. And the mp3 bug where it would keep playing. You can play on 1.3.1 servers, was no need to restrict it for this patch.

Tell me how the crashes act, I wasn't able to replicate it too much, but hopefully I did zap it out... Hopefully :x

First post will have the new link, it will update 1.3.0 or 1.3.1 to 1.3.1.1..

Java link will not update to 1.3.1.1 until mobious adds it to his java updater. Should be soon for that. If you only want to use the java updater, just wait for mobos go on it being up.

As for version numbers, I see them like this:

1.3.1.1 =
Major Number.Minor Number.MinorMinor.Sub Number.

Major Number = Vast changes to the game. Requires you download the full client if changed. You cannot play on major numbers that are different.
Minor Number = A good amount of changes to the game. Requires you to download/upgrade to this number. You cannot play on minor numbers that are different.
MinorMinor Number = Normally change the gameplay, and requires an download/update. You cannot play on minorminor numbers that are different because it changes the game engine..
Sub Number = The last number, normally you can play on servers that are alike. (Like RCx was basicly..) 1.3.1/1.3.1.1/1.3.1.2 etc will still be able to play with each other fine, but the higher the number, the less the bugs...

And I'm not sure, if it's IE6, then it should work, I can't really say why it's giving issues. Mantis normally is been a big bug site that alot of people use, rather its not something small.

I got... something.  But it involved me hitting refresh half a dozen times with shift, ctrl, and Shift+ctrl...

That's one down, one more to go.

1.3.1.1 has been placed on the java updater. 1.3.1 was removed for this minor update. Just click update to 1.3.1.1 =) Hopefully that will be it for this mess. Will be making a current version tab for the updater later and then have a separate 1.3 series download tab.

sweet

no  os/2 support no more ..
... *I Think*  i aught to be able to copy the required Dats and whatnot and replace  them , thus accomplishing the upgrade.

however  all i have seen on net is the  ubunqutious MS auto loader , stuff. a pain in the butt  since ito work that  i would  have to load a MS OS and it is a soft target for the bad actors.. not to mention most of my drives are in JFS and i never got around to loading the NTFS  intrepreter,,

little matter i suppose since i am likely the only os2[eComstation] SF operator left alive...

Sorry, unfort I haven't been coding os/2.

It's a much hassle right now, maybe in the future, but I don't know much about os/2 solutions. In general, someone would have to go and define IF WIN32, IF OS/2 for the new parts of the new coding and add OS/2 coding, which I don't have much knowledge of... Probably would have to use another compiler too..

Sorry though mate, know the os/2 population is tiny, most reason why I didn't spend another two weeks on it just yet.
