The upgrade button in-game seems to be offering upgrades to 1.3.1 only.

Let me edit... You can seemingly do everything but upgrade to 1.3.2... lol.

Scratch that... From your original post it seemed as though you could upgrade through the in-game "Upgrade" link... I mis-read it.
