Right now I'm not going to compile it with the new EXE or the UPGRADE just yet, just a minor patch. This solves the memory leak that was caused by the new logger.

What ended up happening is it wasn't clearing the buffer properly. Thus it would build in your memory.

As well, 1152x screen fix solved, was set to be improper.

And the sonar pinging noise has been downed to about 6-7 seconds per ping instead of a rapid ping. I will keep doing a patch until a stable 1.3.2.x is solved and THEN I will add it to the main files.. Or when I have a good amount of bugs.

This is definatly required! Even with the logger off, it likes to eat ram.
If you do not have 1.3.2 please get it at http://stellarfrontier.net now!
You need 1.3.2 to use this patch.

Patch to 1.3.2 to 1.3.2.1: http://stellarfrontier.net/pSF1.3.2.1.zip - Throw in your SF directory.

Please keep a eye out in this topic for patches. There will be possibly one or two more regarding some minor bugs. I would of waited but a memory leak is a big issue.

Perhaps I'm crazy, but is the stellarfrontier.net site down? I can ping it and tracert it, but my browsers keep timing out, even with an anonymizer.

Apologizes, it is up now.

Whenever I reboot the server, it ends up not restarting apache properly, need to contact the admins about it. Normally hardly needs a restart but this week its bee on its bitch week.

Mantis must be on that server too, because it's been down until now.

guys i love that you are fixing all this but my question is when will this game be ready for me to mass burn cd's and get some guys on here.   i ask my former troops to all donate some blank cd's the response i got was overwhelming i have about 300 ready to burn so at some point will the entire game be just one exe file?

Be patient mars.  When we have a stable balanced game ready to rock, SF Classic will be officially out.

I'm releasing a 1.3.2.2 today with a few good fixes.

As for patches and releases, it will be pretty constant since like, theres active developers. ;P

If we don't continue to update the game, the game will slowly die, unfort. People like new content, new things, a playable game. SF is no where near 2009 ready, though the patches will slow down when we get to the bigger things.
