cuss out and kick off

vagan who just got out of the hospital and wanted to play some tonight was cussed out and kicked off the game by a dev who now runs the entire game. 

he says that in his screen shot that he does not need proof to end your game status and does not need a reason to cuss someone off the game. 

this delt with him stating that the OE had gotten many complaints and he decided to cuss one OE out and off the game for just being there. 

since we are not now allowed to play the game and have the bosses of the game cuss out players and kick them out the following rule as stated by trucker will now apply once its voted on.


"If i or any senior OE screenshot any other member cheating they will be terminated off the game with our best effort,  we will not cuss them out like the devs do but will see they do not play for us again ever.All senior OE members will be running screen capture agents from now on.  I find it totally wrong for the ones that say they GOVERN us and are OVER us in the game to be albe to just use such jerky words to any player OE or not.  The outrage of the OE is high over this. Albert wong should be reduced in rank to pieon in charge of cussing out players and no longer rep the game."

its ok he can and will deny all but thats why i took lots of screenshots to prove after he denyed things what he did or did not say such as i dont need proof ect.   so dont worry i have them.  its a private matter now i have them if anyone wants to see them privately. dont inflame him futher thats a order.

In the eve of such events it is imperative you post such screenshots. Either do this or stop your accusations.

I'm also not inflamed, so there's no need to worry about inflaming me 'futher'. Oh, just to note, even if I were inflamed (which I'm not), there wouldn't be any need to worry, because I don't let personal opinions or emotions influence the way I perform my responsibilities in SF.

I would like to say myself, that since this issue has been mediated elsewhere, that the discussion of this 'incident' hereby cease immediately.

I would hold it to MARS, who has Moderator Control of this section for his fleet, take it upon himself to lock this topic to prevent any further dissent like a responsible Fleet Reprisentative.  (Since OE is supposed to operate on an elected leader basis, calling him 'Leader' would not be correct.)

((I do not wish to see DarkSun or Nite perform such locking action.  It should be an act of responsibility on MARS' part to act accordingly.))


In the future, grievances of such nature should be reported directly to the appropriate administration staff, not posted on here like a propoganda message.  It creates a little environmental disturbance I like to call 'Drama'.  Drama pisses everyone off and makes little misunderstandings blow up all huge like we just had an international incident between the whitehouse and the (ex) Soviet Union right here on the forums...  So No Drama.

Also, when one claims to have screenshots of the event, it would be prudent to post said evidence immediately upon making the claims.  In the eternals words of the cesspool of the internets (4chan)  "Pics, or GTFO!"
