Have to re-enter data everytime

I have to enter in my character info every time I restart the game. I open sf and have no characters I mean. Anything I can do about that? It's getting tedious.

Reinstall the game in different directory

Really? That's a wierd bug. Try reinstalling yes, maybe with a smaller folder name, like C:\program files\SF\ .. See if that changes everything. That's pretty wierd though.

You have vista? Try running frontier.exe as admin maybe (first time, shouldn't have to otherwise.) and delete the sf.prf beforehand so it recreates.

I have vista also and that doesn't seem to happen to me

It happened to me.  I had to reinstall the game.  It worked after that.
