I'm trying to run a server... The problem is I'm the only one that can see it listed.
Must have something to do with closed ports?

How do I fix this?

had the same problem before Tongue. You not only have to open up the firewall on your pc on port 20001, but if you have a router, you have to set up UCP and TCP ports 20001 for 'server' plus tell the router you want your computer outside of the router's protection (aka make your pc  the default DMZ server)
after this, it should work just fine
