Thanks mars!

And don't worry about stuff, I know everyone has there clashes but just gotta do what you have to do and improve the game, getting players from around, long as you know you are helping out the game, no worries.

I'll probably be hosting a dedicated 24/7 server soon too with 1.3.5 Smiley

Thank you to everyone who has donated, it was super helpful and I was able to almost get all the ships done so far by the artist. Though a couple ships need a 'redo' (Asking him since I didn't like a couple of them), most of them are pretty nice and fit the current changes of SF. Also having the models is great because we can use them in other things for example.

However, I am unable to get 'more' done just yet, it will have to wait because apparently if theres no 'design layout' he charges a far amount per ship ($20 per ship) because there is no 'schematic' and he has to design it by scratch, so I haven't gotten the new carrier ships or any gun /buildings yet. I will be doing it in 'pieces' with him, but at the moment I am unable to do much due to getting a hefty cut off my paycheck due to setbacks in the company I work at.

When things pick up it will continue, but for the most part, I got all the basic ships almost done so far. I know everyone might have a hard time adjusting to new ships but it will be worthwhile, they do look pretty nice!

I've thrown all the names in the credits list as well, if you do donate yours will go there too. Every penny counts! Total used so far is $300 even on ship images.

Ships can be pricey, in perspective $300 isn't alot for design.. Online 'bought' ones are well over $600!

Anyways, just letting everyone know, thanks!

Merry Christmas everyone!

Thanks to Brent for adding another $50 to the SF Donations. I myself have added another $50 as well Wink

I also sent out a newsletter today about some new ships, some people wanted to see it before they wished to help so I did show a few examples Smiley Ships are about $20, big or small, since its all done in 3D design.

Long as you keep at it we'll be able to use them. Also money will go to advertising too when we are ready. I also double whatever I get, aka someone gives $20, I add $20 of my own to donate to SF for things that are needed. All of it except the recent two have gone to the guy who was making the ships, and I'm hounding him still for the rest of them because well, I did PAY for them of course. For the most case I've just told him I want the models of what I paid for at least, so we can MODIFY any ships we want if want to do that (aka you can muck around with them too if you wanted too), since atm I have old model files or none at all. It is a real pain Sad But he's pretty much ignoring me, and I'm starting to get real pissy about it because I shelled out so much of my own and most of the donations for them, and he's pulling a vanish trick.

But advertising at a very large site will cost some mula, something like MPOGD is about $600 for 6 months. (Something like 200k impressions from there site)

Don't worry, the game is in ALPHA not final release. The reason why I don't have a install package for SF is because its' constantly changing and it's new. The network and graphics coding are new and there has never been a bug free game right off the bat in history, so it takes time. We have two people working on the main game and we'll eventually iron out everything.
