In 1.3.5 unhabit planet color is incorrect. Seems to be due to the team addition and something is messing up. Doesn't seem to affect gameplay however.

Trek mod suffers a serious crash after I login, I try to target something (I don't know WHAT, because it freezes), so thats a major crash bug there. It seems to have taken the 1.3.5 values happily, but it's just f-ing crashing. It also bombs if I stay idle.

My thought is that the sounds might have something to do with it (the new impact sounds like you've mentioned), but I can throw the mod to you if you want testing done to it, Nite.

Yes please send them to rvalleriani@cogeco.ca and I'll take a look at it before I sleep if you get it to me quick enough Tongue

It seems like theres some sorta crash after a random time that needs to be fixed. Happens randomly and the server window just vanishes. Debugger is on now testing it. Soon as I have this fixed and Sandtroopers bugs if theres any I will be releasing a quick patch.

2nd try (first start had missing UI), Reman, tried targeting a Klink, crash.

3rd try, Fed/Terran, Tried orbiting Luna /w "O" (I hit "I" & "O" at the same time), crash.

4th try, Klink, tried targeting something, crash.

I would say about 200+ frames, it crashes.

I would also like to report Sol Expanded is doing this too, but I don't do much action, as it crashes within a minute (probably not the scenario's fault, but thats just running it w/o the Asteroids).

EDIT: Probably has to do with the debris, as soon as a Drengin bot at SolExp got a debris from a col he was towing, CRASH.

Yeah Tongue

Well the debug files don't crash, apparently. Which is oddballs and why I did not catch it.

As for sands bug, did you use the installer to run? Can you try running the installer in a seperate dir, put your mod in and test? I cannot get the game to crash like you can.

If you used the zip file updater maybe theres something issuing with that.

I think whatever is crashing the server has the same issue going on with frontier.exe so that is a good sign, means its involving game engine.

I found out what update crashes it, now trying to isolate the issue and solve.

The odd thing is it doesn't happen on my computer, however it does on other computers, like the remote server. So this is why it was not found.

I use the full installer because there would be a case where I'd have to roll back to an older version might occur, so I have like 5 SF installs (1.1x, 1.2x, 1.3.3, 1.3.4.1 and 1.3.5, gotta gun one or more), yeah uhm I don't know if installing to a new folder (I'm still attached to Drengin.net for install directories) would help.

Ok thanks that's all I was wondering Smiley I saw the bug myself too on another machine. its difficult to debug so im installing the debugger on the machine thats having the issue atm. Probably same issue you have, game crashes within the first 5-20 seconds. Never happened on my machine once Sad
