 For some reason the server refuses to host the Sirius map and instead when you get into game it loads you up in the Sol systems.

You must be doing something wrong then. Seems fine in the installer by the looks of it. Refuses as in what? Did you get the full 1.3.6.1 version?

Overall in my end the map seems okay here.. Anyone else can confirm this?

lol sorry i was playing about a hour ago and it boooted me off for some reason then i tried to log back in and it said server not responding

Seems like you lagged out (45 seconds lag) but others been able to connect fine. Try reboot etc?
