Eh, not a big deal, we'll get all the bugs ironed. It's good to have a hacker around because then you find loopholes and fix them. It's not so much hacking, just knowing the SF/NEXUS coding and what to do to find the loopholes, I'm sure there is still a few but I haven't been able to find them because lately no ones hacking it, so its tough to figure that out.

The manipulating score bug though is well known by me and Mobious right now, probably have to see what we can do for a quick fix until 2.0 is done.

But I'm not so much convinced it is skillet, as recently we had one player who manipulated there score as well. Could be people who know what to do as well pretending. If you are getting hacked through your forums like you said, then you need to change your pass. If there hacking you here, then someone knows your password. Nexus passwords are encrypted and can't be decrypted, as are forum passwords. So even if they got it, decrypting it would take a bit.

I'd advise though to use numbers and a word not related to the dictonary (or two words to make one, like pitswm251). If you use a short password, normally it's your fault. You can change your password in the nexus area on the sf.net webpage. But right now that won't solve someone changing your score if that's all it is.

If theres anything else such as server getting shut down, lemme know some details/use the logger. If that fails, I'll make a personal server with a extensive logger so we can figure out what exactly is happening. To be blunt, sure there might be hackers, but theres coders now too, so they can be fixed. No big deal.

Really though, don't freak out. Everything can be fixed (Including your score, which I've done.). If things break, we fix them. More data we get, the easier it is to fix things. Remember -logall in the server.conf . It might not give info yet, may have to adjust it so it does in the future. But I hope he did shut down your server and you aren't just saying that because your freaked out and such, else I'm going to be looking over nothing. Lemme know what's the real everything. Just nexus/server stuff. If it was just nexus player stat changing, then that's not a huge deal atm and we'll figure out something. I just am surprised that he'd take down your server and not the others?

Going to lock this topic for now. I don't care if it is skillet, some random person, or someone we know. I welcome the hacks because it gives me a chance to fix them. *shrug*
