I press the Mute button on my Dell Laptop and it docks, "returning for repairs".

Hrm I'd need the ID code for this, I'll make you a quick version later on (When I get back from travelling) and you need to give me that ID code so I can block it. Same way I did for the volume issue on toshibas.

Increasing my volume used to put me in cloak...

I think it's just how your keyboard is mapped out.
